Premier Dies Corporation Announces New "Premier Coating Center"

Premier Dies Corporation, a worldwide leader in the manufacturing of slot coating systems (slot coating dies, die stations, vacuum box systems, and fluid delivery systems), has moved to the next technical level of service by purchasing a complete coating line from Coatema Coating Machinery in Germany. This coating line will help our customers develop their slot die process and products at our location in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.

Our new Coatema coating line is located within our 40,000 square foot manufacturing facility in its own temperature controlled room. This new line has a 600mm maximum coating width with line speed capabilities from 1 to 60 m/min. Premier Dies has designed many slot die systems (proximity, curtain, vacuum slot, off-roll, and multi-layer) for this machine.

Our new Coatema line can coat solvent and water-based materials along with 100% solid formulations. We can also do filter membrane forming, UV-Curing (w/nitrogen purge), web lamination, web embossing, chilling, and cover sheet.

Several fluid delivery and filtration systems will also be available for coating trials.
