John Jordon joins DUNMORE Corporation

DUNMORE Corporation is pleased to welcome John Jordon as Vice President of Sales. John will succeed Gerard Shanley who retired at the end of April 2010.

Prior to joining DUNMORE, John served as President, Worldwide Field Operations, for TAGSYS - a global leader in RFID tagging solutions. During his tenure the company more than doubled its sales.

Jordon opened the Pharmaceuticals market for TAGSYS and built strategic partnerships in a number of other key business segments, including Library and Healthcare. He also initiated an industry leading 'Quality of Service Program', assuring that client installations achieve six-sigma performance levels.

Prior to joining TAGSYS, Jordon served as the VP of International Operations for Apriso, the world leader in execution enterprise software, and founded their business in Europe. In 1997, he sold and implemented the first RFID system in the US for Gemplus Tag (now Gemalto) a global smartcard manufacturer.

Before entering the RFID markets, Jordon designed and operated a plant for BOC Gases, where he oversaw engineering, operations, distribution and supply chain management.
Jordon is a graduate of Rutgers University with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering and is licensed as a Professional Engineer.

John will be continuing to implement DUNMORE key sales strategies for the fiscal year 2011 and beyond.
